At the Lance McCullers Jr. Foundation our mission to make Houston a no-kill city is something we take seriously. In order to fulfill our mission we place a heavy emphasis on funding rescues in need so that they can continue to help as many at-risk animals as possible in the Houston community.
We are aware of the issues that many animal rescues face with large vet bills and the general cost of keeping a rescue afloat, but we are working to change that.
